Just back from a short trip to Shetland with Will – a little adventure for him. We took the overnight ferry from Aberdeen – sleeping on the floor of the bar both ways(cabins were in short supply..). We managed to see Brochs,Seals,Shags,Iron and Bronze age ruins…and did 6 ferry trips and 6 islands in 2...
Beautiful evenings…sunsets to die for…no wind(today at least)…still a little rain…
Taken just a minutes walk from my front door….of course yesterday it was a wild and stormy sea….but we can put that to the back of our minds for a while….(at least till the next storm – on thursday or if we are real lucky...
