Anna,my self proclaimed Fairy Princess,took the second step on the road to a lifetime of toil when she started nursery this week…(for those wondering – step one is playgroup). One question puzzles me though…how can a child,usually noisier than the main stage at Glastonbury,be so quiet as soon as she steps over the nursery threshold?…
Just back from a short trip to Shetland with Will – a little adventure for him. We took the overnight ferry from Aberdeen – sleeping on the floor of the bar both ways(cabins were in short supply..). We managed to see Brochs,Seals,Shags,Iron and Bronze age ruins…and did 6 ferry trips and 6 islands in 2…
